Caviar Citrus
Sweeter than lemon, more acidic than orange and more bitter than both.
With a fleshy pulp of an intense red, its slightly bitter taste is very different from the rest of citrus fruits.
Just over 90% of the grapefruit's content is water, which makes it an excellent diuretic, protects the heart and contains a high percentage of vitamin C. Its flavour, very different from the rest of citrus fruits, surprises with this bitter touch as does its pulp, of an intense red colour, which indicates the amount of antioxidants it contains. In addition to its raw consumption, grapefruit is used for juices, jams and sauces as well as salads and dressings for meat and fish.

COCKTAIL GIN AND TONIC

Preparation
Fill the glass with ice, and stir to cool the glass, and then remove the ice. Pour the ice back into the glass, and top up with the tonic until the glass is completely full. The tonic should be added little by little, if possible pouring it in a cocktail spoon, so that it does not lose too many bubbles.
Add a thin slice of lime peel. And now we have a traditional Gin Tonic ready, ideal to drink after eating, thanks to the fact that it is a great digestive.
MOJITO COCKTAIL

Preparation
To prepare this refreshing Mojito recipe the first thing we have to do is to take a large glass and put all the mint leaves, reserving one for the final decoration.
Then add the two spoonfuls of sugar; afterwards, we are going to squeeze all the juice of the lime over the glass. With the help of a mortar, we are going to press and mix very well all the ingredients that are in the glass, so that their flavors are mixed very well.
Then add the crushed ice up to half of the glass; and add the white rum. Pour the ice back to the rim almost, and finish the glass by adding the soda.
To finish decorating our glass, put some mint leaves and a slice of lime. And ready to enjoy this Mojito recipe.
