Are caribeño products subjected to any chemical treatment?
No. All our products are 100% natural and do not undergo any chemical treatment. Thanks to the fact that we are farmers and marketers, we control the traceability of the product completely making sure at all times that our citrus fruits meet all quality standards.
How can I place an order?
Placing an order on Caribeño's website is very easy. You only have to select the product you want and include it in the shopping cart. Then you have to identify yourself with your email and password, in case you are already registered or fill in the form with your personal data in case you don't have a personal account with us. Afterwards, you will have to confirm the order.
Remember that you will have successfully completed your purchase if you receive an e-mail with the order confirmation.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are prepared within a maximum of 24-48 hours in working days from the time the purchase is made until they reach our customers.
Are shipping costs included?
Yes, shipping costs are included in the price of the product.
We remind you that all our products are transported with all the necessary quality measures so that the product does not lose its properties and characteristics.
What happens if I don't receive the purchase confirmation email?
If you complete your order correctly and you do not receive the purchase confirmation email, you can contact us by phone on the website or email info@caribeno.es . We will be happy to assist you.
Can I return an order?
For any incident with the delivery and the product you have a period of 48 hours to notify by email to info@caribeño.es or phone 678 163 981.
For health safety reasons, our products cannot be returned. If a product does not arrive in good condition our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem and offer a quick and efficient solution.
